A Bridge Too Slow

I stood in the absolute zero cold last Friday and watched this bike bridge go into place. I sped up the footage but it’s still mind-numbingly slow.  Even with old-timey music beneath it, a sure-fire way to speed anything up, it’s still a glacial process.  Think of it as a meditation.
